About Grant
Grant Parkhurst is a photographer based in Salt Lake City, specializing in cinematic imagery with a nostalgic edge, rich natural light, and a strong sense of place. Working across film and digital, he brings intentional lighting, an adaptable creative approach, and a relaxed presence to portrait, commercial, editorial, and outdoor projects. With AIARE 1 avalanche training and Wilderness First Responder certification, Grant is equipped to work safely and thoughtfully in remote, backcountry environments.
He got his start shooting player profiles, game coverage, and interviews for Lifetime Gym's UHoops league in Gainesville. The work since has been portraits and brand content for people and small businesses around Salt Lake, including product photography for Utah fine-jewelry studio Michaela Farkasovska Designs.
